– Rental cars are particularly easy targets for theft. Luxury and sports models are especially popular – said Mirosław Marianowski, security manager at Gannet Guard Systems. -Criminals rent them using forged documents, and then go to Lithuania, where the vehicles usually disappear unless they are properly secured – he explains.
