Changing license plates and moving a car 40 km away is not enough to hide it from the eyes of the radio monitoring system. Porsche Cayenne thieves found this out.
The theft of the Cayenne was reported to us around 7 a.m., and by 2 p.m., the Porsche had already been located. The car, which “disappeared” from a fenced property near Kartuzy, was found in Straszyn on a residential parking lot. The thieves left the car to “cool off,” changing its individual license plates to Warsaw plates in the process. They waited to see if the vehicle was being tracked by a monitoring system. And – fortunately for the owner – it was. As a result, two police units took over the Cayenne for further actions.
